Shape 5 Charity - Joomla 5 update

Hi, I am trying to update my Shape 5 Charity Joomla website to Joomla 5, and I am having a couple of warnings on the pre-update checks:

1 - Database Table Structure NOT Up to Date: Go to 'System - Maintenance - Database' and use the 'Update Structure' button. Can I safely 'Update Structure' without breaking the website.

2 - there are a number of plugin/modules/components which don't look they are compatible with Joomla 5 - can you advise on this please. See list below:

S5 Box: Module
Shape 5 Live Search: Module

I recommend updating your site to Joomla 5.3.4 only, as Joomla 5.4.0 is mainly a bridge release designed to prepare existing Joomla 5 installations for the upgrade to Joomla 6.0.
Unfortunately, Shape5’s products are outdated and will not be updated for Joomla 6.x.

For the best approach, I suggest cloning your live site to a staging or testing environment first. This way, you can test the migration and ensure everything works smoothly before applying it to your live site.
