This issue is known to occur when the layout is misconfigured.
JA Stark includes multiple layouts — a Home layout for the homepage and a Default layout for all other pages. It looks like your template style using the Home layout is currently set as the default template style. As a result, when you open the Projects or Blog menu items, they still display the modules and sections from the Home layout.
To fix this, assign the Default layout to the template styles used for the Projects and Blog pages instead.
