Jomsocial is not working on JA Rights

Hello,
we have installed the Quickstart JA Rights latest version which includes JomSocial.
But we are facing errors:

In backend on JomSocial we do get:
An error has occurred.
0 There is no "chosen" asset of a "preset" type in the registry.

We cannot access the JomSocial backend at all.
2 - On frontend we do get errors

On all pages:
0 - mb_ltrim(): Argument #1 ($string) must be of type string, null given, called in /var/www/vhosts/freiburg-im-breisgau.biz/joomla6.freiburg-im-breisgau.biz/libraries/vendor/joomla/string/src/StringHelper.php on line 610

We have then used latest JomSocial package 4.9.5 ...but it does not make any differences.

We have upgraded from Joomla 5.3.4 to Joomla 5.4 .....same results.
We have upgraded to newest stable release Joomla 6 ......same results.

Could you please help.

Hi Markus,

JomSocial is not yet compatible with Joomla 6. Please wait for the upcoming release that will include Joomla 6 support.

Hello Heinz,

thanks for the information.

But as stated this is independent from Joomla 6 because the issue with Jomsocial happens with Joomla 5.3.4 and 5.4 too.

It's weird as I just installed Jomsocial 4.9.5 to J!5.4 but it worked normally:

thanks for testing on your side ....

I have now completely deleted the instance and re-installed Quickstart JA_Rights with new blank database based on Joomla 5.3.3 (embedded in Quickstart). All was fine with JomSocial this time.
I have upgraded to J!5.4 and tested JomSocial frontend and backend and it is working fine.

So all is good now....but does not explain my first time experiences.
Anyway.

Now I am awaiting the full support of Jomsocial for Joomla 6.

Do you have any idea when this is available ? Because other Third Party developers have used the Joomla Alpha and Beta Testing to make their components Joomla 6 ready when stable release has been published.

We have a large collection of products, so the migration process takes some time. Currently, our developers are prioritizing updates for the T4 and T3 Frameworks, templates, Gavick products, JomSocial, and Guru. Ad Agency Pro will follow in the next phase.
