various error on RSS and CRAWLER

I want to upload a simple xml file https://perifereiakianaptixi.gr/ert-lar.xml
although the verify button in the plugin displays the feed and the I have tried to parse the xml both with RSS and Crawler and i get error Invalid feed.
I have made this feed as a very simple page https://perifereiakianaptixi.gr/htmlpage.php and tried to parse it as html content with the crawler and i got unable to open file. I have also tried to use the feed via https://feedburner.google.com/ and i got unknown argument error.
I would appreciate your help.

May I know where you upload the XML file via JA Social Feed plugin? Could you clarify the steps in more details so I can help?

I upload my feeds via RSS in the JA Social Feed plugin.
The articles that are created from these feeds get the correct create date from the feed but the publish date is one day before and in different time.
Articles that are added manually get the correct date and time.

Could you please share a screenshot highlighting that upload feeds feature? as I don't see it by default in plugin setting for RSS

Publish date is incorrect. The website is working based on the create date but I need to fix this because articles appear with the wrong date on social media and etc
