Slideshow is pushed down below the navigation

I am trying to figure out what is happening with the breaking point that is pushing the slideshow down the distance of the navigation causing the white logo to become not visible.

I didn't change the code at all. Is this a bug or did I accidentally break something?

Partial screen, causes the slideshow to drop down instead of being stuck to the top of the page. I can't find any conditional code or css that changes this.

partial mobile/cellphone width: still holds the problem, until it's really mobile width and then the logo switches over to the proper logo.

i found the issue is that this template is throwing me peculiar css styles for the logo.

Here is what I am getting, which is causing the bug with red mark ups vs the one below that's correct.

I figured it out!

I was using Purity 4 template version 1.2.0

Now that I've updated it to 1.2.4 that bug is gone.

Any chance you can put the notifications of the template updates into the Joomla notification system?
