Background image stays on top of html in section 6 module position

I have a background image from the templete style configuration, it looked great, but when I add a module with custom html in that position of the templete, the content is always in the layer below the image I put in the background and it is not visible... I tried to modify the z-index but it does not work What can I do?

However, the button called with HTML is not visible; it remains below the background image (see image 2). As a result, any text entered in the module does not appear because it is covered by the background image.
