Missing Icons

I have been using Rockettheme for years but with it's demise I am forced to look elsewhere for a good framework and support. My research has led to Joomlart. I mention this so that you understand that the fix for my issue might be staring me in the face, but I haven't seen it because I am still learning your system.

I am trying to find a reason that the icons on your Titan template - installed as a quickstart - are not showing. See the attached image. Am I missing something simple?

In this image there should be an "eye", a "clock", and perhaps something else.

I apologise for the problems accessing the site, and for taking so long to return to this post after a second failure on my part.

I am now encountering another issue which, along with the first, I hope you can fix.

When I try to use {loadmodule....}, or even {loadposition...} in an article the result is unlike anything I have encountered using Joomla previously.

The input from the backend article editor, for example:
Now is the time for all good men ....
{loadmodule...}

The result in the frontend article is:
Now is the time for all good men....
{loadmodule...}
Now is the time for all good men...

To check if something was wrong with my Joomla configuration, I added "?template=cassiopeia" to the URL returning the correct result.

I am not versed sufficiently well in PHP to track the problem and ask that you take a look and see what the problem might be, or let me know if others have had a similar experience.

I can log into backend of your site now, could you tell me the article you're having issue with?

With the icons issue, I realize that you have template.css file in the local folder in template and the path for the icons (svg file) was not correct, so nothing appeared.

I updated the path ../images to ../../images and they are showing now.

Kindly check.

Any article I try to use a module in give me the text of the article twice. I've never seen this happen before. The one I was working with is titled Latest Articles.
