I have been using your templates for years. I have installed Blockk template and all seems fine. I am using Joomla 5.
When I used Quickstart for T4 Page Builder and strange things happened.
- Joomla would not do an update from inside the administrator saying it could find the tmp directory. Inside Global Setup the tmp directory is listed properly and using cPanel the directory was physically there. This persisted even after I update Joomla from a file. I still cannot update from within the Admin.
- I've used Tassos's Engage box in Blockk but in the plannerusa.com installation I could not utilize a popup template. I wrote to Tassos and received this reply:
Hello Richard,
This error is related to the plugin "FileSystem - Local".
By default, this contains a repeater that includes two directories (images and files). It appears the files directory on the root directory of your Joomla site is missing or has been deleted which broke part of your Joomla site.
It actually also broke Content > Media page, EngageBox editor and other parts of your site potentially.
I went ahead and removed the second missing item (files) and it now works as expected.

This made the whole issue of being able to update Joomla much bigger and I thought I should write you.
I thought I used the Pagebuilder Quickstart from Dec 2023. Should I have used the April 2025 for Framework? Would this solve all the issues? I really want to use Page Builder. I'm pretty good at Framework from Blockk.
I don't want to install a template as I like to do things my own way.
I haven't put any data into PlannerUSA.com so I think it best to start over.
