Can this old template be recreated with T4 Template Framework?

Hi,
I have been asked to migrate an old Joomla 3 website with an old Yootheme template to Joomla 5.
On the Yootheme website it says that the template no longer works with PHP8 and higher.
I am a big fan of the JA T4 Template Framework.

Unlike what I've done with T4 so far, this template has a menu bar in the left sidebar on a large screen.
The Main content section slides down when you scroll down with the mouse.

Could this be recreated with T4?

Yes, it can be done in T4 framework, it will be a new layout with a sidebar sticky on the left side in large screen and add custom style for elements in this sidebar.

Hi,
That sounds like a great offer.
I will update the Joomla 3 site to Joomla 5 this weekend so that it works "temporarily" with Cassiopeia.
I will then offer the site on a development environment.
After that I will send you the login details and FTP account.
Is that a convenient way of working for you?
