Main menu links not working when scrolling down

Hi, I would appreciate some help with a menu problem. There seems to be a blip of time that the main menu is unavailable - https://jennablahay.com/about-jenna-blahay.html. When you scroll down on the pages other than the home page on the website, the menu links become unavailable for a bit - please see this video to see what I mean -

Could you please give me some suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Add below CSS rule to the Edit Custom CSS modal in the JA Vitality template dashboard to solve this issue.
