Which plan includes tech support for one template?

Hi, I closed my business about 3 yrs ago, but one client has asked me to built a site for him. I had a subscription w you when I had many clients. Now, am unclear on which plan will include tech support when I run into problems or questions with a free or paid template. When I selected the Pro plan (not expecting support). then I had an add-on option for premium ticket support, but could not find any explanation of what that is. I am looking to pay for a plan to use one template (maybe test a couple first) but do want access to ticket support. Thanks in advance.

With the Pro plan, you can continue to receive technical support through our official forums. If you’d like access to our private ticket system, that’s available through the “Premium Ticket Support” addon or a Developer subscriptions.
