Problem with JAK2 Extra fields Filter and Search

Hello
We want to use of JAK2 Extra fields Filter and Searchon our site, The Components is installed but it is not working properly.
We have created an item and several sub-items for it in the component, The items created in the JAK2 Extra Fields come correctly and can be selected in k2 item, but we cannot use it on the site
Example:
If we in JAK2 Extra fields Filter and Search module and click on the search button, the module will work properly.
But when we select one of the location sections, module does not work properly
Please help us.

I couldn’t find any active subscription for JA K2 Filter under your current profile. Please ensure you're logged in with the account that purchased the extension to access support and ensure legal usage.

Additionally, please note that JA K2 Filter is designed specifically for K2 content, which is not yet available for Joomla 5. For Joomla 5 compatibility, we recommend switching to JA Megafilter, which supports Joomla article content.

Please note that the K2 component is no longer supported in Joomla 5, so there are no planned updates for the JA K2 Filter extension.

I just tried to download the latest version of JA K2 Filter and I'm able to install into a Joomla 3 fresh package successfully.

It looks like your site is running with MySQL version 8, I'm afraid that K2 and the filter component may not work properly with this new version.

Could I take a backup of your site and test with MySQL version 5.x and MariaDB in my local environment?
