Hello. I added a 42x42 pixel PNG image to the template's favicon settings, but Google searches still use the default red favicon. It's been over a month, and the same thing is happening with several websites. What size and type should the image be for Google to accept it?

Hi, If you search on Google for site:tusdelivery.cl, the red Gavick favicon appears. In my source code, the favicon I have in the template appears, which is view-source: https://www.tusdelivery.cl/images/favicon-tusdelivery.png
Which is 42 x 42 px. Is that the correct size and format?

Hi,
You can change your favicon by following some suggestions as follows.

Rename your favicon to favicon.ico or favicon.png
Use online tool to convert format from .png to .ico
Change favicon size back to 48 x 48

Clear browser cache and reload your website.
