Problems with anchor links

Hi!

I have problems with anchor links. When I click on an anchor link, I move through the article to the right place. But in the browser address bar there is still an alias of the site without #anchor. Example: https://allcrete.ru/allabout/photos/test-page . What could be the problem?

How did you create these anchor links?

Could you try to test it with default Joomla template - Cassiopeia and see how works?

I put anchor: <a id="anchor1"></a> inside article and made a relative link with this anchor: #anchor1.

I created the same article for Cassiopea. Now I have 2 articles for comparison:
https://allcrete.ru/allabout/photos/test-page for T4-bs5-blank
https://allcrete.ru/allabout/experience/test-page-2 for Cassiopea.

With Cassiopea anchor links work correctly.

UPD. Hm, for the experiment, I added the 3rd anchor link like this: allabout/photos/test-page#anchor3. It works with T4-bs5-blank. But the JCE editor offers the default option: #anchor3.

It worked! Thanks! But moving from the link to the anchor happens with some jerks. How to make linear movement in animation? As I understand, I have to do it in 19 - 31 lines of your file?
