I am unable to install the T4_Page_Builder Joomla5; it always gives an XML error, whether I install it as a zip file or an extracted folder.

I guess you're trying to install the Quickstart package of T4 Page Builder - this package contains Joomla installation and used for a new website only.
You should access download section: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/t4/t4-page-builder and download 2 plugins + component package and install each of them via Administrator panel of your Joomla site.
