Importing the previous Joomla articles to Purity IV

I’m using the latest Joomla version 5.3.0 along with the Purity IV template (Quickstart package). I would like to import articles from a previous Joomla 5.3.0 installation, which I have archived.
What is the recommended and safest way to import these articles into the new site running Purity IV and T4 Framework?

I think the best solution is to install T4 Framework and JA Purity IV template on the old website. This will minimize errors while using the website.
