Sidebar and side menu scroll

Hi everyone,
I use JA Festival template and I have page that is long and requires a scrolling down to read everything.
I also have a side menu on that page. Like all side menus, it disappears when you scroll down the page.
Is it possible to have that side menu scroll down (remain visible) while scrolling down the page?
The same with sidebar which I would keep visible even when the page srolls down and up.
Can you help?

Yes, it's absolutely possible to make a menu module sticky as you scroll down the page. Could you please specify which links and modules you'd like to remain fixed when scrolling?

I would like to set sticky all menus on mainmenu and all menus or elements modules on sidebar-r

I added this custom CSS to set the right sidebar sticky:

.t4-content .t4-main-body .t4-col.sidebar-r {
    position: sticky;
    top: 20px;
    align-self: flex-start;
}

File updated: /templates/ja_festival/css/custom.css
