there are a few posts on this if you scroll down a few pages or so. I have ultimate and ive waited over 6 weeks for help in this forum and raised a ticket over 3 weeks now....no meaningful help. A month wait to ask me for a file and not tell me what file then go silent for over 2 weeks - even though ive given complete details and admin access.
There is no way i can justify paying $300 to renew for this level of service. I know they are literally on life support and skeleton staff, but actually ive lost my patience.
I have 80 days left of my subscription, which means i've probably got time for one question to be half answered.
Whats more of a concern is that it's impossible to see how this company will have the capacity to make it to Joomla 6->
