I asked myself that question a lot of times.
I was among the first earlier user of JomSo, I used it for the first in 2008, a year after it was released.
From 2008 to 2014.
Then I quited it, I came back 2018 and used it for a project from 2018 to 2021.
I have been back to it since 2023 till now and this time, I don't thinks am going anywhere.
I heard the complaints the JomSo is not modern, support not fast etc.
I considered easysocial for a while, seems to be more developed, but I choose to stay with Jomsocial because I don't break brand unless there is a major upset.

Fazit: Am glad, both are alive and still available. Am staying with JomSo.
