It seems you are using a plugin for the back to top button. I checked on your site and did not have the problem you are having. Or please send me the link where you are having the error.

Yes I am currently using a plugin but I have gone back to the built in "back to top" for you to check.
Pages affected are the ones that are 2nd level and downwards on the menu.
