I have a few questions regarding the quiz features:

Most importantly, how can I add an explanation to each question after the question is answered (why the answer choice was right/wrong)?
Is there a way to list 1 question per page or is 5 the minimum?
Can the answers be vertical and not stacked horizontally?

I am just a fellow user, so hopefully a support staff with reply, but from what I know you:

cannot add feedback on quiz questions,
the regular quizzes allow for 1 question per page, but not the Final Quiz
I havent seen any features that allow the answers to be stacked vertically (I assume you mean as in a multi choice where the potential answers would be laid out vertically....I dont think its possible without customisation
