What template should i use to fit SP Page Builder Pages for full width

What should I do to have SP Page Builder show up in the template properly.

If i use this settings

I get this

If i use this

I get this wtih menu white out

and full width component not full width

I tried this.. somewhat works, menu and footer is ok, but full width items still not full width.

Is it related to some settings here. Please help! Thanks!
