JA Pro Member, but I can't read forum discussions

Hi,
I have a valid JA Pro and JA Extensions subscription. However, I cannot read some JA Pro discussions at the forum. I got the message "You need a valid subscription to view replies." But I do have a valid subscription !!!
At my bitmap left, I see only JA Extensions. But I also have a JA Pro membership !!!!

I just checked your account and and subscription, they are all fine.
I also see that, you can access JA Template forum and have permission to view, reply, port in the forums.
It could be your browser cache, kindly logout, clear cache and login.
