Missing List item in Breadcrumbs

Hi,
Since last week Google sends mail about problems with indexing pages because items are missing.
Here is a link from such a message:

When I then click on the red marker over the breadcrumbs I see a piece of html that may show what is missing. See the attached screenshot.

I have received the Google notification from multiple sites that I have built with the T4 Framework
Who can help me with this?

Because several people with different templates have this problem, it would be nice if the solution could be shared here or on Github for others.

I tested it and yes, that change fixed the problem for this site.
Can you share the solution here or on Github so others can benefit from it?
And when will this be available in a new version of the T4 Template framework?
Then I can update my other sites too.

I have fixed and updated this bug in the T4 Framework package, It will be available in new version of the T4 Framework.
