Google Console - Breadcrumbs issue

In Google console i have this message: name' or 'item.name' must be provided (in 'itemListElement')
How can I resolve the problem?

Hello Nektarios,

It due to the new Schema updated in Joomla 5, while T4 framework and this template already implement this schema so it caused the conflict.

We updated this file: /templates/ja_vitality/html/mod_breadcrumbs/default.php

The error persists with this message in Google Cossole: "The field is missing "item" (οn itemListElement)
