Highlighter GK5 and Joomla 5 compatibility?

Hi,
I use also the beloved Highlighter GK5 in my old Joomla 3 site.
With News Show Pro GK5 they ran for years.
;-)

But it’s time now to upgrade to Joomla 4 and Joomla 5 and newer version php, so I hope Highlighter GK5 could be compatible.

I have downloaded Highlighter GK5 version 1.2.4 released on 12 Nov 2021

Do you know what is the compatibility with Joomla 5 / PHP 8?
