When you go to the module to edit or add information, When you want to change how many columns there are, it goes. 2,4,5,6. Where is 3? I need 3 columns on mine.

Since this forum is pretty much worthless, I'll contribute what fixed the issue at hand.

I simply found what the change was needed in an XML file.

templates/ja_festival/acm/clients/tmpl/stule-1xml

Originally it was written like below. to choose how many columns you want for the custom module.
<option value="2">2</option>
<option value="4">4</option>
<option value="5">5</option>
<option value="6">6</option>

I simply added a 3rd option, and it works as expected.
<option value="3">3</option>
