JA Builder settings disbled.

Hi Support,
Please find the attached image of the block settings. I think everything is disabled on this screen. I can not change the padding etc. Can you please fix this issue?

Apologizes for this late response. We're aware of this issue in Chrome + Firefox browsers but it works perfectly in Safari.

Everything is working fine on my end because I’m using Safari, but I’d like to know if there are plans to fix the issue for other browsers as well.

Since Safari is only available on macOS, users on Windows cannot use it. As a result, JA Builder is currently unusable for anyone not on a Mac.

Is there an update or solution planned to ensure compatibility with browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge?

Good evening, those who do not have a mac and cannot use safari how can they solve the problem? Will it be solved using other browsers or do you recommend that we migrate to other builders?
It's a big problem not being able to modify or expand the company website.

I have the same problem. I can't work normally. Clients are waiting for changes to be implemented and I can't do anything? I think 2 years ago the builder database crashed and there were blank pages and a huge problem, and now something is not working again. The problem hasn't been resolved for several months? And we're waiting for an answer for 20 days? Something's not right here. please solve this problem ASAP

I would like to understand if the problem will be solved soon, because we can no longer wait days and months where there are no solutions. If the problem is not solved you must let us know so that other solutions can be found to be able to work and modify blocked sites.

I’m following up on my previous message regarding JA Builder’s compatibility with browsers other than Safari.
As mentioned, the issue makes it impossible for Windows users to work with JA Builder, since Safari is only available on macOS.
Could you please provide an update on whether a fix or workaround is being considered for Chrome, Firefox, or Edge?

And info about this:

Mutation Events, includingDOMSubtreeModified,DOMNodeInserted,DOMNodeRemoved,DOMNodeRemovedFromDocument,DOMNodeInsertedIntoDocument, andDOMCharacterDataModified`, are quite bad for page performance, and also significantly increase the complexity of adding new features to the Web. These APIs were deprecated from the spec ( ) in 2011, and were replaced (in 2012) by the much better-behaved Mutation Observer API. Usage of the obsolete Mutation Events must now be migrated to Mutation Observer.

Mutation event support will be disabled by default starting in Chrome 127, around July 30, 2024

And which time you finish FIX / Upgrade?

If not, we need use again new solution (other page builder, not joomla...)

Guys, I see that no one cares about us here. We can't work, we can't call anyone. We have to wait until someone kindly wants to fix our problem. My client is waiting for changes to the website so he can collect a 1.5 million złoty grant from the European Union, and I can't do anything. I think this could have legal consequences... I have WORKAROUND (not solutions):

I try edit website with the last version JA Page Builder (2.0.2) on very old Firefox Browser Developper edition 128.0b6:

on my mac and editing function.
(Definitelly web browser with chromium < than version 127)

So can you try on WIN PC too?

(Be carefoul - not upgrade this Firefox Developper version!)

Important!
This is workaround still.
The right solutions is rewrite javascript (https://themepro.com/builder/js/libjs.min.js?1.1.9) and change Mutation Events with MutationObserver interface from JoomlArt.
