I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report a critical issue we are experiencing with email notices in JomSocial.
We have observed that email notices are not being delivered as expected. Initially, emails appear in the mail queue as "sent," but they soon change status to "user opt-out," even for users who have not opted out of receiving emails.
Additionally, when emails are being sent, they consume an excessive amount of server resources, leading to server performance degradation and occasional breakdowns. This has become a pressing issue that requires immediate attention.

Could you please assist us in identifying the root cause of these issues and suggest possible solutions?
