Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\SiteApplication::getInput()

Hi friends Happy new year!
This site was running on Joomla 3.8, and we started taking the first steps to update it to version 5.x. Our first step was to upgrade it to version 3.10.12.
After refreshing the cache following this first update step, we proceeded to update 7 JoomlArt extensions. However, when we checked the site, we encountered this error: "Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\SiteApplication::getInput()".

We don't know how to resolve this issue to make the site display correctly and continue with the next step, which would be upgrading to Joomla version 4.4.10.
Could you help us?

Please create a cloned version of your main website, then update Joomla to the latest version on the clone to check if the error persists.

There is compatibility issue with Joomla 5 of the override in Articles Category module on your site.

I updated some files in this directory: /templates/ja_focus/html/mod_articles_category/

Now I have another problem and I don't know how to get out of it.
I have updated to Joomla 5.2.3, I have also updated the extensions that needed to be updated; however now the site gives the answer "0 - WebAssetManager is locked".
One of the things I did was to put "System Cache in the position Conventional Cache" and I think that is what is giving the error, but I have never had this happen before.
What do I do?

The error "0 - WebAssetManager is locked" in Joomla typically occurs when the asset cache or the web asset manager is locked or corrupted, often due to incomplete updates, file permission issues, or caching problems.

I temporarily disabled the cache settings in Global configuration and your site is working normally.
