I have already used the "Debug System" then tried to delete a user and found no errors.
Also tried Debug and in: Server -> Error Reporting was put to maximum to try to find the error but also not successful and only led to my website being scrambled. I have to restore my website from a backup using Akeeba Backup.
No matter what I tried, I did not find any solution and few days ago while searching, I stumbled on this:

After going through it, I asked my cousin to make a profile and then delete it, I then got an Email request for the deletion and I deleted this profile from the Admin Backend and it worked.
I made several profiles and requested a delete and after getting the email, it also worked.
Today; I was able to delete a test profile which one of my Test Users made without him having to request a deletion.
I simply have to disable the "Jomsocial User" plugin as shown in the attachment below and it works.
Am so glad that I figured it out, as this has prevented me to officially start registering members since December 2024.
Now "Users can delete their profile and then I will be alerted by Email or simple requested a deletion per Email and this is all I wanted because even If my website main user Target is for Africa, the page is being hosted in Germany and I have to align to the German Data Security regulation ( DSVOG ) or risk paying a huge fine and this is what I wanted to avoid at all cost.
Now, I can finally and officially start registering members after waiting almost 3 months :-)
Just want to share this, in case some is having the same issue like I did and not finding a solution.
