Missing 3 Article options. "Tour info", Amenities" & "Image Gallery"

Hi,

I'm missing several options when I want to edit some articles, or create new article. How do I enable those?
Se image below. I'm missing "Tour Info", "Amenities" and "Image Gallery".

Make sure that JA Trip is set as default template on your site and assign Tour-info extra field to the category of this article.
