Coming back to this thread later than I should have, with the answer to the question you were left with.
You asked who else you would contact, since JomSocial is ours. The plugin causing the conflict is not a JomSocial plugin. It is called "User - Perfect Publisher for JomSocial" because it is built to work with JomSocial, but Perfect Publisher itself is made by Extly, a different company:

That name is genuinely confusing and your reading of it was a fair one. Extly are the people who can look at why their plugin stops the JomSocial submit button from working.
Two other things.
Is the Kunena icon problem from further up this thread still happening? If it is, I will pick that up properly rather than leave it where we left it.
And one thing that does need your attention. One of your posts further up this thread has a site password in it, in plain text. This forum is public and search engines index it, so please change that password anywhere it is still in use. If you would like me to remove that post, say the word and I will do it.
