My joomla site is not connected to the internet. Ja Purity iii and other templates have included "https://fonts.googleapis.com/icon?family=Material+Icons" by default. How do I remove this? Thanks!

I guess you use quickstart package to install and it includes plugin from JA Builder.
Kindly check this file: root/plugins/system/jabuilder/jabuilder.php
That font is loaded from there.
