I can't change the color of the background of the menu or the main template. I've tried to add a custom css file and it shows no changes. If I try to use the collapsed menu instead of the off canvas it will not work. I can't hide the bars from the off-canvas menu when in full desktop width. I can't also use de JA login module. The site crashes. Can you please shed some light on what is wrong? Thank you.

There was an issue with the header in the template file /templates/ja_events_ii/tpls/blocks/header.php.
