I think I have waited long enough.
It has been almost 6 weeks since I asked for help (26th October). I have provided all the necessary information for access to look at the problem.
I have not had any meaningful reply, only that someone will get back to me... which has not happened.
No one has even logged into my site to see the issue, so I have shared admin access details putting my site at needless risk.
Did I post this request for support in the wrong place?
If you cannot provide the support as advertised then please refund my subscription fee.
If you can provide the support but are just overwhelmed with your workload, then it would be helpful, kind & sensible to let customers know this. Overall, customers just like to be kept updated, even if there is no resolution in sight.
I clearly have not had any value for my money. I feel abandoned. I don't think that I should lose out weeks of my support subscription fee because of tardiness from your end. I would prefer you to look at my issue and fix or advise. And I think it would not be unreasonable to also extend my support subscription for time lost and incurred stress.
I will await your response, though I won't be patiently waiting as long as I have done previously.
