Pro not working: web page bundles and upload image

I purchased T4 Page Builder Pro yesterday and have two major problems: I still do not have access to the web page bundles and the upload image function is not working. I cannot insert pictures from Media. I have already tried logging out, emptying my cache and logging back in. That did nothing. I have included site info with this post.

urg. sorry about that. changed the password and now it is working. password updated in info.

The problem comes from AdminTools which prevents builder from working.

I added this exception for this file: administrator/components/com_t4pagebuilder/views/pages/tmpl/page.riot

in Server protection option in AdminTools component:

and T4 Builder is working normally now.
