Footer position on mobile and tablet problem

I have problem with footer positions on my site when it seen on tablet and mobile.
Please check the attachment

Could you backup your site and update latest version of T4 framework plugin?

The problem still persist

I update everything. And i made an edit on ftp server.
I even change PHP version to 8.0

Please check

I added this custom css:

}
}}
