Even after installing MPDF plugin it is not working. Giving the attached error message

As I can see that plugin is activated now on your site, is that ok now?
No, Same error even after activating the plugin. You can change the "Choose the library to generate the certificate PDF" option to MPDF and then save, you will get the error.
Any update on this please.
I tried to change settings in Certificates manager but it was successful
