label label-warning is shown although it should not

Dear joomlart Team,

I use Purity III template on Joomla 4.2.5...

... and just noticed some new tags behind articles title. In German the string is "Noch nicht veröffentlicht" / "Abgelaufen" standing for not yet published and expired.
But those articles are shown and also should be shown as of the admin settings.

Please see the screenshots below. It seems to be defenetely wrong behaviour. In cases where I have only publishing date and I change or completely delete the value, this label disappear. But if there is a planned unpublishing date, refreshing the date does not help, so I cannot revome it at all.

Do you have an idea how to fix it?
I hope this is also helpful for all others!

is it reproduceable by a fresh site with all recent updates where an article is planned to be expired?
this insight would be helpful already.

Hi after upgrading to T3 for Php 8.1 I have the exact same problem

We will do some more testing and will release new version for T3 framework.

With the same problem.
I avoided the message by changing in the Publication tab the "Start of publication" and "Creation date" fields with the date from the "Modification date" field.
It's not the solution, but at least the message isn't displayed.

I have the same problem. The warning seems to appear randomly. I tried zurito's solution and it works, but there are articles where the dates are different and the warning doesn't appear. Impossible to check every article...
