trying to upgrade coach template via extension manager getting error

Hello,
I was trying to upgrade coach template via Joomla updater but this didnt work
I installed JA Extension Manager and I still cannot upgrade coach template as I get a message 500 after I select upgrade now.

Also when I select compare before upgrading I get this error message

What do I do?

Not sure if the firewall prevents from this update function working as I tried to update at my end and it worked normally.

Could you take a backup of your site + download latest version of template and install directly into your site?

This is messy as installing the latest version directly overrides all files.
Would be very simple it you could update via Joomla updater like all other template creators.
Think it might be safer not to do the update at present.

You can temporarily disable all 3rd party extensions on your site and see how it goes.

The default Joomla updater is used for free products only while our template is commercial one 🙂
