Purity III template

Hi,

I am using the purity III template for Joomla but I am struggling to customize the taskbar to meet my requirments. I am trying to do the following:

I want to insert my logo where it says 'crypto-therapist.com' but I do not know the hight and width dimensions that would enable me to fit a logo in the taskbar.
How can I find the HTML colour of this taskbar?

In current view you are using the logo as text type.
In template style options you can change it with Logo type Image and upload the logo image.
