Guru support PHP 7.2 and officially but it worked with PHP 7.3 as well in normal testing my side.
It work for 6.0 version fine for videos. Yes you can check the new version on staging first, if any issue kindly let me know .

I think it should be a priority to make Guru compatible with a current version of PHP like 7.4. When do you think that could be possible?

The warning us not from Guru on this only from the extension side. Also it does not make any change in working so u can even use this PHP version with new version of All videos as shared. When Guru update in core we add new version for plugin.

This warning you are getting from the All videos plugin. not Guru. You can try my suggestion from previous post for update.
Also you can fix the in line 73 just replace braces as PHP 7.4 use different method so it give warning only not impact the site working

So, coming back to the version of All videos. Has the newest version of All videos been tested with Guru 5.2.5?

Please check my post above as i shared Guru to support all videos plugin 6.0 version and u can do the update. Also you can apply my suggestion for the PHP warning in 3rd party extension plugin if you want to keep the same version

Yes you can do the update, the suggestion for test/staging is just if there is any customization that would not be override. I tested the 6.0 version and it worked normal.

For this specific version you have to check with provider here : https://www.joomlaworks.net/extensions/free/allvideos
As i see only new version offer by them here, This is why i suggest to try new version on staging first. OR you can submit current site login and FTP so i can help you to hide the current warning message.
