Not saving on Template Site Settings

Hi all,
I have read post about "How to remove the author display on pages":
After if I went to setting via style > template > Coach > Site Settings > Author Settings > Show Author > hide if I click on green button 'Save' nothing run, it is 'blocked'.
If I click over 'X' near button "Save" a box appear saying "You want to save updates for profile?" but if I click on YES page remain freezed and does nothing...
Any suggest?!

Could you temporarily disable this mod in your server side or contact your hosting provider for help to add exception for template?

thanks, if I select OFF in domain Firewall options plesk panel all it's ok and I can work over my site.
But I don't want remains set "OFF", can I set any security rule on this firewall web app panel?!
Now maybe I have to set #id 33340147 (I read this rule in your note) to have correct administrator management of the site?

max-santiago Did you test by adding that ID and see how it goes? I think it's better to contact your hosting provider for further help on this.
