Currently, you can 'JA Pro' subscription which means that you can have access to all JoomlArt's templates only, while JA Megafilter component belongs to 'Extensions' subscription, you need to purchase JA Extensions subscription or upgrade to Developer subscription in order to have access to both templates and extensions: https://www.joomlart.com/pricing
