JA Masthead module not showing video

I have a little problem with "JA Masthead module" it is not showing video, only works with pictures.
Please refer to "de-mis-manos" menu.

Somehow it happens on your site specific, I tested with JA Coach at my end with a mp4 video but it worked well. On your site, it still considered as image so no video display there. Let me check and will get back to you.

I noticed the video it is working now.
I added other video to "recursos" menu, but if you click en the menu one time... then again. You will see this:

If you go to any other menu and back to "recursos" menu the video it is fine. If you click again "recursos" menu, then you will see the issue described before. 🙂

If you keep browsing the website the issue is happening in "de-mis-manos" menu too.

BTW( this problem is happening in other website that I am building using JA ALPHA)

In Global Configuration >> Media >> you added 'MP4' as legal image extensions so it considers this mp4 file you're using as image file type. I removed it so it's working now.

Yes you are right. I made a mistake there.

But unfortunately the problem persist.

I deleted cache, and I tried in FIREFOX and Edge (cleaned cookies, etc, ) and I tried in a "private windows" in both browsers and the same issue.

adsoma It's weird as I checked in Chrome, Safari, Firefox but the video always displays fine:

Yes, it is weird.

Hi Guys!

I am having the same issue but now in Firefox Mobile. It is not a very big problem, since in the other browsers it works perfectly.

It is looking good now. Just I noticed, the video is not running in iPhone, in Samsung it is great.
