JA Healthcare Theme and JA ACM Problems

Hi, I am using JA Healthcare Theme, I like this theme but there are things I can not understand.
I am using quickstart for installing theme and I am using another themes from joomlart like JA Restaurant

But in JA Healthcare theme, JA ACM not working normally. For Example:
Q1-Same module, interfaces are different between two themes, attached image.

Q2-JA ACM Testimonials "Control Button" is on but dont show any button (in JA Healthcare).
Q3-How Can I Align JA ACM Testimonials like this (in JA Healthcare I have tried demo data but dont work It aligned to left again)

Q4-How can add left and right arrows to JA ACM Slideshow in JA Healthcare ?
