Regarding the icons - try to add the following custom css code:

.joms-subnav--desktop .joms-icon, .joms-toolbar--desktop .joms-icon, .joms-toolbar--mobile .joms-icon {
    fill: #fff;
    width: 20px;
    height: 20px;
}
