AdAgency 6.0.19 upload crashed website

Installed ad agency 6.0.19 and my front end crashed, I can still access the back end. error message being displayed is

I'm assuming you did not manage to install the extension?

when I activate some of the zones in the AdAgency component it disables the front end of our website, we need help from your team to resolve.

all we did was update to the new version and these issues started.

Sorry about the problem you are having with this

The team member who handles this component I don't think will be available to Monday

Can you add ftp details so he can check and look at the file in question

Added the superuser login info, FYI we restored the back up to the older AdAgency version.

We are restoring our backup...please don't make any changes to the files

I tried to access ByBlacks.com on Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox and Safari; got an error message on all of them.

Not sure which browser you are using, possibly you need to clear your cache?

I'm viewing the site on Chrome and it seems to be working ok
I have browsed a few random pages and I didn't see any errors

I'm assuming you have successfully updated the backup?

yes the back up has been restored, see note from the hosting below. Please note that the ads are not being displayed.

"I went ahead and restored your site from the backup on Saturday, however I was still seeing errors even after the restoration. After some further digging, it appears that the issue you were seeing was related to the mod_ijoomla_adagency_zone module installed on the site. I renamed the actual folder for this module from mod_ijoomla_adagency_zone to mod_ijoomla_adagency_zone-old within /home/byblac6/public_html/modules in order to disable it, and the site came back up. I've left this disabled for now in order to keep the site up, however moving forward I would highly recommend reaching out to a PHP developer or the developer of the actual plugin here so that they can take a look at the actual coding and see what might be causing this."

if error back again kindly add the FTP details of site so we can check and fix this issue, I have not found the FTP details in first post.

UPDATE : Your site some server side cache and changes are not reflrecting i tried to update the helper.php via Joomla admin but its not working.

I have this problem now!
0 - Call to a member function toSql() on string on upgrading to to latest version.

To stop my site crashing I have disabled the Ad Agency Zone component.

Kindly apply the suggestion given here to fix the issue.
If the suggestion does not work, kindly open a new thread and submit the complete issue details with steps to replicate and submit site login details and FTP details for staff. so we can check and fix the problem on your site.
