Restricting Media/Video Download of Course Videos

Currently, we use Vimeo Business to host our videos for our paid courses.
What we find is even with Right-Click is disabled, media is able to be downloaded.

I have read that maybe adding the following would help:

    pointer-events: none;

However, if placed in wrong spot it seems to disable the play/pause button.

Then looked up, if I


Add the attribute controlsList="nodownload" to your <video> tag.

That should help....

I know we can't stop those who REALLY want to download, but making it a littler difficult should help deter most...

Is there somewhere or something anyone can suggest that can help our videos from being downloaded...
Help is direly appreciated..

In the meantime, is there any implemented code you can send over as a work-around?
Perhaps an over-right I can place somewhere just to hold us over, please.
We are about to launch another course in a couple of days.
Attempting to not have this one as downloaded and spread through the web as much, if possible.

Guru use all video plugin to play the media. You can check the plugin options at the moment to show/hide controls. its no easy to make it on web if you playing a video to someone it can be downloaded by them. In Guru the restriction of video is limited to students . I opened a ticket on this for dev team member, at the moment its in queue, once i get any information this i will update you here.

You can save the video by right click save videos option. Such option offered by the browsers, by default you also have this option.

That options does not seem to be available on Mac (checked Safari, Chrome, Firefox), do you know if maybe that's only available on Windows?

I do not own the max but it works fine in Windows, its browser specific part to show the options for download.
